Freseher’s Reception, Fall-2017 & Spring-2018
Department of EEE & Department of ECE
On 9th February, 2018 at 10:30 am a fresher’s reception program was organized in the “Southern University Bangladesh” to welcome the newly admitted students of EEE & ECE students of Fall-2017 & Spring-2018. Honorable professor Sarwar Jahan, founder of the university and the honorable Prof. Dr. Sharifuzzaman, dean of the faculty of science and engineering were present as guests of the program. Advisor of EEE departments Professor Ahmad Hossain, head of the EEE department Mr. Hadaate Ullah and head of the ECE department Dr. Mohammad Arif Sobhan Bhuiyan and teachers of the corresponding departments were also present in the program.
Honorable Assistant Professor & head of the ECE department Dr. Mohammad Arif Sobhan Bhuiyan delivered a welcome speech to the newly admitted students. Then, respected Prof. Ahmad Hossain, honorable professor Sarwar Jahan, founder of the university and dean Dr. Sharifuzzaman kept their speech accordingly. Nazmun Nahar Khan, lecturer, department of EEE presented the program. At first the students were introduced to the rules and regulations and activities of the university through a presentation. Finally, the concluding statement was made by the respected head of EEE department Mr. Hadaate Ullah.
