Seminar on “Resonant and Soft-switching Techniques in Dc/Dc Converter” Organized by EEE Department of Southern University Bangladesh
On the last 10th December, 2017 at 3.00 pm, a seminar on “Resonant and Soft-switching Techniques in Dc/Dc Converter” was organized by the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of “Southern University Bangladesh”. The seminar was presented by Mr. Showybul Islam Shakib, lecturer of EEE department. Mr. Hadaate Ullah, head of the EEE department and Dr. Mohammad Arif Sobhan Bhuiyan, head of the ECE department and teachers of the corresponding departments were also present in the program. Also a significant number of students from EEE and ECE departments participated. The seminar was on resonant DC/DC converter where the details design procedures have been discussed. Besides, some research outcomers and future works have been explained in brief. Students can do their final year thesis/project on this topic. Finally, the concluding statement was made by the respected speaker Mr Showybul Islam Shakib. He expressed his hope that students will be benefitted from this seminar.
