Hello! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Chittagong University of Engineering
and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh, where my undergraduate research focused on the mechanical
behavior and performance of coconut fiber–reinforced concrete. This work sparked my long-standing
interest in sustainable materials and the experimental investigation of civil engineering systems.
I subsequently earned a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Tsukuba,
Japan. During my graduate studies, I conducted advanced research on dry granular flow using both
experimental approaches and numerical modeling based on the Discrete Element Method (DEM). My
academic performance and research potential were recognized through the award of the prestigious
Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Structural Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering, with
a particular emphasis on soil–structure interaction, granular mechanics, advanced numerical modeling
(DEM/FEM), and experimental geomechanics. I am especially motivated to integrate computational
methods with laboratory validation to address complex engineering problems related to infrastructure
resilience and material behavior. Through my academic and professional pursuits, I am committed to
advancing knowledge, fostering innovation, and contributing meaningfully to research and education in
civil engineering.
