Mr. Jamir Ahmed is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of
Computer Science and Engineering of Southern University Bangladesh. He has
completed his B.Sc. degree in Computing from the University of Greenwich and his
M.Sc. degree from the York University. He has been involved in various research
activities and has a significant number of publications including books, research
articles and conference papers. He is currently working on a research project to
identify online threats to the children, to identify intensity of the effect of various
security threats and to build AI based tools to provide a safer online platform for the
children. His research works include child safety, cyber security, machine learning,
deep learning and prompt engineering.
