Atiqur Rahaman is a Bangladeshi academic, finance professional, researcher, and commissioned officer of the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), widely recognized for his long-standing contributions to higher education, financial research, youth leadership development, and professional training in Bangladesh. With more than a decade of teaching experience at the university level, a growing portfolio of internationally indexed research publications, and parallel engagement in public service and professional practice, he represents a rare blend of academic rigor, institutional leadership, and social responsibility.
Born on 6 June 1987 in Bangladesh, Atiqur Rahaman grew up in an environment shaped by values of discipline, education, and community service. His early life and educational journey reflect a consistent pursuit of excellence across academics, sports, leadership, and social engagement—traits that later defined his professional career as an educator and researcher.
